The Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) is responsible for the development of the Pipeline Repair Environmental Guidance (PREG). Access to PREG is limited to employees of:

  • Government Agencies (Federal, State, Tribal, and local government)
  • Pipeline Operators
  • Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
  • Industry Associations

PREG contains proprietary information. Unauthorized modification of any information on this system may result in criminal prosecution. The Government may monitor or audit the usage of this system, and all persons are hereby notified that use of this system constitutes consent to such monitoring and auditing. PREG is to be accessed solely by the person who is given access by OPS.
